Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
- If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following U.S. shipping options:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or weather events.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers (UPS & FedEx).
- We are not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at Info@thefurnituregarage.com.
- Claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may issue a replacement or refund depending on the outcome.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
