Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

  • Final sale items

Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect and based on availability of items in stock. If an item is no longer in stock to offer an exchange, we will process a refund.

Cancellations
